What this is

Signalsift is a browser-side log analysis tool. It accepts pasted text and displays grouped patterns with counts. All processing happens locally in your browser. No data is uploaded to any server. The tool is provided as static files served over HTTPS.

No accounts, no data collection

Signalsift does not offer user accounts, does not collect personal information, and does not transmit any data from your browser. You are not required to register, provide an email address, or accept cookies to use the tool. There is no login, no session, and no persistent storage of user data on any server.

Acceptance

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the tool.

Use of the service

You may use Signalsift for any lawful purpose. You may not use it to distribute malware, engage in denial-of-service attacks, or violate applicable law. Because the tool runs client-side and processes only what you paste, we have no ability to monitor, moderate, or restrict individual use, and we rely on your compliance with applicable law.

Intellectual property

The Signalsift name, logo (three horizontal bars), and website design are the intellectual property of Agen2ic, LLC. The source code for the tool is not separately licensed for redistribution; however, the normalisation and grouping algorithm is a straightforward application of regular expressions and hash maps, and no trade secret is claimed in its existence.

Disclaimer of warranties

Signalsift is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. The tool performs regex-based normalisation and grouping, which may produce unexpected results on unusual log formats. You should verify the output before relying on it for incident response or any other purpose.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall Agen2ic, LLC be liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the use of Signalsift. Because the tool runs entirely client-side, we have no access to your data, no ability to cause data loss, and no involvement in the processing that produces the output you see.

Legal entity

Signalsift is a product of Agen2ic, LLC, a Colorado limited liability company. No postal address, company number, VAT number, or phone number is published for this product. No governing law or jurisdiction is specified, and these terms are presented as operational guidelines rather than a legally binding contract.

Billing

Signalsift is offered in two tiers:

• Free — $0/month. All core features. No account, no payment, no rate limit.
• Pro — $6/month, billed monthly. Adds JSON export, saved input presets, Web Worker offload for large logs, and configurable normalisation rules.

Payment. Pro subscriptions are processed through Stripe, which is currently connected in test mode only. When live payments begin, your card will be charged upon subscription and at the start of each billing period thereafter. You may cancel at any time; you will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

Failed payments. If a payment cannot be processed (card declined, expired, or insufficient funds), Stripe automatically retries the charge on a schedule of 3, 5, 7, 14, and 21 days after the initial failure. If all retries fail, the subscription is cancelled and access to Pro features is removed. You will be notified by email at each stage. You can update your card details at any time to resolve a failed payment before the retry cycle ends.

Refunds. Because Signalsift's Free tier provides the same core experience without payment, refunds for Pro are not expected to arise. If a billing error occurs (you are charged for a cancelled subscription, or charged twice in the same period), support channels are not yet available. No mailbox is set up for this product at this time.
